How I work

Find the pain. Choose the build. Learn from use.

I do not start from a solution. I start from the pain, the current process, and the people inside it. Then I decide what is worth building given time, implementation, operating complexity, and cost — and I keep developing it from user feedback and what the system itself teaches.

Understand the pain

I sit with the problem first: where it hurts, who it hits, and why the current way of working is failing. That is the brief.

Study the process and the people

I look at how the work is actually done today, and I talk to the people who do it. The product has to fit their reality, not a diagram of it.

Choose what is worth building

I ideate against what already exists, then pick a path by time, implementation, operating complexity, and cost. The first version should be the one that can actually run.

Test, ship, and keep refining

I iterate in use: test, learn, and turn feedback and system behavior into clearer features and tighter operations. A product is not finished at launch.

01 — Venture

Medigo Rapid Care

FounderDec 2024 – PresentIn progress · Full-timemedigo.tech

Founded Medigo with the vision of improving how people access healthcare during emergencies and critical moments.

I am building an emergency healthcare platform designed to connect patients with timely medical assistance, first aid guidance, healthcare professionals, responders, and hospitals. The product work spans patient, doctor, ambulance, and hospital platforms, together with the operational framework required for rapid emergency response.

Patients

Timely assistance and first-aid guidance when minutes matter.

Doctors

A professional layer in the response path, not a disconnected consult.

Ambulances

Responders as part of the same operating picture.

Hospitals

Handoff into appropriate care, with less delay in the chain.

  • Leading product strategy, technology, business development, partnerships, and operations across the venture.
  • Working on partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, ambulance providers, and community responders.
  • Leading brand, community building, awareness campaigns, and early-stage growth strategy.
  • Building and managing the founding team, currently expanding across technology and social media, with a culture centered on ownership, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Founded and led Techvestors, a technology solutions company focused on helping businesses turn ideas into practical digital products, systems, and streamlined operations.

Delivery covered websites, mobile applications, custom software, digital marketing, graphic design, automation, and IT solutions. I also provided technical consultations and CTO-as-a-Service support for organizations without dedicated in-house technical leadership.

  • Worked directly with clients to translate business requirements into working systems.
  • Built and managed development teams across projects and technologies.
  • Oversaw work from ideation and requirements through development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Managed partnerships, sales, operations, and company growth.
